5 guys, a few mics, and a distinct lack of instruments - Ascending Height. Formed from a mutual love of singing in 2002, Ascending Height has since become one of the nation's most distinguished high school a cappella groups, winning both the Contemporary A Cappella Community Awards (ACA) and 3 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards (CARA) in 2006. Based in Ithaca, NY, the group performs throughout the community for audiences of all ages.
